Responsibilities for Tutors

Students working with Tutor

Tutors must be registered undergraduate or graduate students at Johns Hopkins University.

Tutors work on course-specific materials with students currently enrolled in the course(s). Once a tutoring assignment is given, the tutor must commit to leading his or her group(s) for the duration of the semester, including reading period before final exams.

Tutors are responsible for monitoring their assigned course syllabi and must maintain open communication with course faculty. All tutors must attend training before receiving their assignments.
